I have been trying to be super accurate and technical when dating my pregnancy. Most of the time I tell people how many weeks I am, not what week I’m in, but for exactly how many weeks I’ve been pregnant. Recently I’ve started having people ask me how many months that equals (I guess they couldn’t do the math) so I figured out that roughly 30.41 days equals a month so today I am 3.65 months. Pablo suggested that since I will be 16 weeks tomorrow I just start telling people I am 4 months since most people would consider 16 weeks to be 4 months (never mind the fact that this is technically not true). Today I had 4 different woman ask me how far along I was and when I said 4 months, they went on and on about how great I look! Yay me. Forget the fact that up until this point people have been telling me that I’m huge, am going to having a long uncomfortable pregnancy, and am probably have twins, people said I looked great and was barley showing for 4 months.
So I say eef details and accuracy. I'm 4 months pregnant.

Don't bother with the calculations. Pregnancy is dated in lunar months, which are all 28 days (ie 4 weeks). Which means, 16 weeks = 4 months. :-) This also means that you'll reach 9 months at 36 weeks and 10 months at 40 weeks, but no one really talks about that. hehe
