Today’s Post is Brought to You By

The number +

and the letter
A letter to our unborn child:

Dear Damn Baby,

You are holding up the show. Your pappi does not feel like going to work but can’t take a week off till you decide to show up. Once you are born people will finally stop asking me when you are coming and giving me suggestions about which day you should come. I’m pretty happy with our current arrangement, I’m enjoying all the time off work but you are going to show up eventually and arriving tomorrow opens the way for lots of jokes at your expense, which works for us. I’m pretty sure my pelvis is as wide as it’s gonna get, but your head is still soft so no worries. Waking up 8 million times a night makes me less bitter now than it did during the 1st trimester, so I think you have been successful at breaking me in. I’m running out of interesting things to post below the countdown and lets be real, I’m such a procrastinate that whether you show up tomorrow or next week I probably won’t get all the thank you cards written before you arrive. Our room is a little messy, but it can’t be any worse than what you’re in now. And last but not least, we promise to mess you up only a little, just enough to where you can blame most of your adult emotional deficiency’s on us. This will be our greatest contribution to you, our first born.

Love,
us

Lisa! It's tara/predhead from the old WebMD TTC boards. I am awful and never wrote in my blog here. I see little miss isn't here yet. i was thinking of you and wondered if you'd delivered yet and found this link.
I ended up having a c/s on the 12th due to high BP and my little guy being breech. It's hard to believe just last summer we were TTC!!

You are so funny. You will make great parents you have to have a great sense of humor to survie your children. Or a little crazy like me. Love you guys and she will be here before we all know it.

Hi Lisa. Was checking in to see a picture of the cute baby! Surely to look just like you if she is gonna be cute. Listen, I know how you feel been there done that a few times. Three to be exact and well...enjoy the last few days maybe even moments that she is inside. She is there all cozy, warm and protected (mostly from Pablo, lol!!). Once she is out and causing havoc... you'll remember that you wished her out of you all much too soon. It's not like you are going to sleep anyway.

Love you!
