I have not measured her to see how long she is but I did weigh her and she weighs 16lbs even, that means over the last month, according to my scale at home, she only gained 2 ounces, should I be worried??
She is now a master at rolling over and is starting to use this skill as a means for transportation. She really wants to crawl and gets beyond frustrated and mad at the fact that she cannot get her body to move the way she wants, it’s hilarious and sad all at the same time.
She does pretty well in the tri-pod sitting position and can balance upright for about 20 seconds.
She is extremely nosy and antsy and I can’t tell if she is becoming a really proficient nurser or a snacker. She woke up several times over the last month for a feeding and I was not to happy about that.
She has gotten really good at using her hands and can even hold her own bottle and a learner cup (both with water). We introduced her to a new toy it’s a turtle and you are supposed to put the plastic blocks into the corresponding shapes on it’s shell, it took her a few tries but she is getting the hang of picking up the shapes and putting them directly into her mouth.
She has gotten really rough and grabby so hopefully over the next month we can teach her to be gentle
Her babbling is turning into recognizable syllables: babababab mamamamam yayayayaya
As soon as I figure out a way to get the pictures off the digital camera I will post them.

Wow! Already 5 months. How time passes so quickly...and she is making such progress!
