Over the last month she
master rolling from point a to point b, although walls and people still get in her way here and there
master sitting alone, but is still working on getting herself into the sitting position
master the army crawl, and is working on crawling on all fours
we are working on getting her to put herself to sleep. The morning nap is usually very smooth sometimes she'll complain for a couple of minuets but I pretty much never have to go to her. The afternoon nap is a bit tougher she always complains, about half the time I have to go in and rub her back or feet, and the other half of the time I give up and afternoon is very delayed. I'd say 90% of the time after being burped at night she is so relaxed she falls asleep as soon as I lay her down.
I don't think she slept though the night a single time this month. booooooooo
I'm not sure exactly when she discovered caused and effect, but I remember watching it happen, she was kicking her wipe warmer and it popped open, since than she has been kicking, shacking, and banging things and pushing buttons.
I'm getting her to laugh out loud on a regular basis. It seems the weirder I am the more she laughs, I have no shame.
During the last week of the month I started to notice some social anxiety. She is still friendly and will let others hold her but she now needs some time to warm up.
She started on solids this month. I decided to skip the spoon feeding and go straight to finger foods. It seems like she is having fun with it.
She weighs 17lbs even, and I need to measure her length still.
