First I'd like to say twenty what? I remember waiting to turn 21, and I'm sure it happened because I can purchase liquor, but I have no recollection of any birthday after so I'm not really sure it's possible that I am 25! today. It could be worse; I could be turning 29, haha.
You are currently in Week 13
From APA -
What changes are occurring with your body?
You may not have begun to wear maternity clothes yet, but you have most likely replaced tight fitting clothes with more comfortable clothing. Stretch marks may be appearing on your abdomen, breasts, hips, or buttocks. Your morning sickness may begin to subside at this point, but you may be experiencing more frequent heartburn. (oh good, it's gonig to get worse)
You may be noticing some distinct changes in your breasts. By now your breasts might have become larger and may feel lumpy or nodular, which is caused by the mammary ducts as they begin to prepare for milk production. You may also have noticed veins appearing right under the skin on your breasts.
What is happening with your baby?
Up until this point, your baby’s head has been the largest part of his/her body, but that is beginning to change (probably not so much, since this is Pablo's baby). Your baby’s head is now only about 1/3 of his/her total body. Unique fingerprints are now located on the tips of your baby’s fingers. The kidney and urinary tract are completely functional which allows the amniotic fluid he/she has been swallowing to be excreted. Covering your baby’s skin is a fine, soft hair called lanugo.
How big is your baby?
By your thirteenth week of pregnancy, your baby is about 3½ inches long and weighs 1¼ ounces
From WebMD -
Your fully formed fetus, is about the size of a peach. Your baby is growing rapidly these days. The face is starting to look more human, with eyes moving closer together. Toes and fingers are clearly separate, and ankles and wrists have formed. External genitalia are becoming visible. Intestines are shifting into their proper place, too. Your uterus is filling your pelvis now and starting to grow upward into your abdomen. It probably feels like a soft, smooth ball.
