Last weekend was much less busy thanks to a fun cold that was passed though the house.
I did go to a baby shower on Friday, and I don’t care what anyone says shopping for little boys IS fun.
I went and bought some new maternity clothes, I figured doing so would ensure that I made it to 40 weeks. I mean I can’t go into labor and not get to ware in all my cool new stuff right??
I also bought a “hospital bag”. It’s not packed and I probably won’t get around to doing that for awhile, I was actually thinking that maybe that would be a good labor activity, packing my hospital bag.
There isn’t anything too special about it but it’s a good size and I liked it and it’s price.

I loved shopping for my boys too. Little boys are just as cute as little girls but they just grow into big boys and girls grow into beautiful women. ha ha Your bag looks like a good one. And yes packing during labor is a good activity. It is not like in the movies where hey lets get to the hospital now that is just way too much drama. Especially for your first one. I went to the hospital way too soon with Travis and should have just gone home. But that was the olden days. You will do just fine. Take it one contraction at a time. You guys will do great. And the reward is ever lasting.
And Ashley's shower was a lot of fun it was really nice to see the ElMonte gang and the Needles friends too. There was a lot of love and memories and the look at how people have grown. The kids are all geting big and the adults are getting better with age. I really miss all of them there was so much love it that place.
