My 39 week apt last week and 40 week apt yesterday were pretty much the same.
BP good, weight a lot, baby’s heart beat good, fundal height shows sings of growth.
Both weeks he asked if I wanted to be induced or just let nature take its course, I decided to go with option B.
My GBS test came back positive, not too happy about that, I was going to try and avoid even the hep lock this time, but it looks like I’ll have to have an IV.
He checked my cervix and said it was open but gave no specifics and I didn’t ask. He made me an appointment for next week but said I’d probably not make it that long.
People have started to put the word “still” into sentences when referring to me being pregnant, whatever.
About a week ago Keelin decided that she was done pooping in her diaper and has started going in the toilet, it’s pretty nice, hopefully it continues even after the baby is born. She is starting to pee a couple of times a day but I am in no way ready to try and put underwear on her and plan on keeping her in diapers for at least 4 more months.
